Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our clothing we DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS! The only time a return will be considered is if we made an error on our part and sent the wrong item. In that scenario we will send out the correct item asap!

Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will also require proof of purchase.
Out of Stock Items:
In the rare event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a refund for the out-of-stock item.
Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that certain items, such as sale items or items purchased with a discount code, are not eligible for refunds unless they are damaged or defective.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at Platinumave25@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
Refund Processing:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
